We offer free shipping on Orders over R1050.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Thursday will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.
**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

**Shipment Confirmation & Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 20-40 hours for tracking information to update.
**International Shipping**

**Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages**
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier for assistance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage for resolution.
