Returned products may be inspected before a return or refund is approved.
For eligible approved refunds, Y2K GLOBALL will process the refund within 1–3 business days.
Depending on the circumstances and available payment method, customers may choose an available refund method including:
- Direct EFT payment
- PayShap payment
- Paystack refund
After a refund has been processed, proof of payment/refund will be provided to the customer through the email address or WhatsApp number associated with the order.
